2.You alway have options and choices, so do the modifications you need to do. As a teacher we must remind our students they can accept an easier or a harder position.
3. Be as peaceful as you can in the asana, be with the asana, relax the thinking mind, soften the eyes, hang out and face the muscular mind body therapy. You can learn to like your own shit and accept it.

Funny thing is my partner is from Rotterdam - the name that came very strongly to me one day in a vision was the name Rotterdam with a vision of windmills. The vision was very strong and lasted mabee all of 30 seconds. My vision ached inside me until I named this blog rotterdamblues. We met 5 years later under very cool and very neat circumstances.
